I had Ken's paint my sun faded/scorched bumpers on my 2012 Mustang I purchased recently that spent most it's days in Florida. They also installed a new from air dam/valance which was broken. They did a superb job matching the bumper color to the car, which is Kona Blue Metallic, and a great job installing the air dam. All done skillfully and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any body work!

I'm just disappointed. Dropped off vehicle at 8am. Was told it would be done by end of day. No problem. By 4pm no phone call. Decided to head down to check on it. They had not gotten it done. Employee told me that the owner was going to call me. He never did. They had a question for me before starting the job. But no one called. I spoke with the owner while there. Was told they had a bad day. That was it. He said maybe you could come down Thursday. I have to work Thursday. I said I am really disappointed no one called. The owner did not care. Brushed me off with a "oh boy" comment. I will take my business elsewhere. I value communication. All they needed to do was call me. The owner did not call, or care. I get having a bad day. But a simple phone call stating that stuff went wrong and they weren't able to get it done would have been fine. Sad I have to write this about a local business.

My father in law was in an accident with his 2013 Kia minivan in August of 2023. His van was brought to Kens Auto Body the day of the accident. It took them 4 months to supposedly repair the damage to the van from the accident. When they finally returned his vehicle to him, it pulled to the side and clearly had alignment issues. The van also wouldn’t start reliably. We returned the van to Kens a few days after picking it up for the first time to fix these issues. It is now March 16, 2024 and the van is still at Ken’s Auto Body. We have called and left several messages and cannot get a response from them. 7 months is an unacceptable amount of time to repair a vehicle. Don’t bring your vehicle here if you expect it to be repaired in a timely manner.

So very much wonderful ❣️. I'm going to get work done on our van next week sometime. It'll be safe and sound and fine and dandy that We can open our tailgate again and have a new bumper. Hopefully it'll help out with our exhaust system that's currently bent out of shape.
