I have recently worked with this company and had a very positive experience. I ordered some equipment for my older BMW and unfortunately some parts were not compatible for my car. They quickly offered to accept the return of the item and refunded my payment the same day the item showed as being delivered. That is good service. Shop with confidence. We need more businesses like this for our rides, or else we'll be stuck with expensive service dealers or have to resort to using cheap after-market parts.

Searched high and low for a used trunk lid for our 2009 335i Cabriolet after an unfortunate incident left it non repairable. Our premiums were going to skyrocket if we had it replaced through our insurance so the hunt was on. Straight Six had the part...IN THE CORRECT COLOUR!!! So after a few conversations with Andrei I decided to make the purchase and have him ship it from his location in San Diego, USA, to the Okanagan Valley up here in Canada. The process from start to end could not have been more straightforward. The Space Grey Metallic lid arrived as scheduled, one week later. It was packaged very well and the part was 100% as described, no misrepresentation whatsoever. I installed it here at home and was very happy to find that even though it came from a car that was two years newer, the paint colour and metal flake pattern were a perfect match, it even has a couple of faint scratches (as advertised) that match other ones on the car from our kids and their bicycles haha. All in all this was an excellent experience. From Andrei's excellent manners and extensive knowledge, to receiving and installing the part. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Straight Six and if the need arises in the future, Andrei will be my first call!! Thanks Andrei!!
