If I could give this place a negative star review I would. Took my car into the service center to get the air bag sensor fixed. Which was a whole waist of time and money for nothing. The invoice stated that they do not want to be in liability for future issues of the vehicle. It will be my responsibility for the car, not theirs, yet they do not know what needs to be replaced. The "part" has been on backorder since I left my car in their care. When I was paying for my car back, they stated the so called part my car needed is no longer being manufactured. If you want to waist your time with this place go right ahead.

Probably the worst experience ever from the parts department, I was attempting to locate a part for my nissan vehicle and called the stevens creek location and was put on hold for 5 minutes before being poorly greeted by micheal. After telling him my part number he rudely told me the part was unavailable and even if i ordered it there system was down. He then hung up. I later realized my part was interchangeable with a specific infiniti model so I called the infiniti parts department or so I thought. Lo and behold micheal answered in his trademark arrogant tone. I tell him the same part number and now he has it. Why work in the parts department if you can’t even cross reference between your two inventory platforms. Will not be returning or even considering ordering parts from this location.

I came here at 7 because Online they say they open at 7. When you come in it says parts open at 7:30. We’ll it’s 7:38 at the moment and some rude guy working service says they don’t get their until 8 AM sometimes.

This dealership treats their customers, very very good, kind of hard to believe that a car dealership would treat a female customer sooo special and I am her father and I am SHOCKED!!

They really try to be worse! I'm not a mechanic and I don't know about cars! But please!!! Today I went to have my truck checked because it ran out of battery! And like I said, I don't know about cars! So I trusted the person who helped me! I told him that my car was failing to start and I assumed it was the battery! But to make sure! Pay for a checkup service! To make sure everything is okay! And if something was wrong, they would fix it! When I go to pick up the truck and they deliver it to me! I notice a blue light that flashes when you lock your car! Well this one was totally blue! To which I only asked if that was normal! Since it wasn't like that! They told me that according to them they didn't know why they didn't install it there! It's worth mentioning that I'm still paying for the truck! And I only took it to service in that same store so they don't tell me that someone else had a hand in it! Well in the end they just told me that they are going to let me know! About that! And the question is! What's the point of paying for a checkup if in the end they left it without an alarm! Now my truck is without alarm! And I guess if they steal from me they won't be responsible, right? Really terrible service. Sorry for the long text.
