Fantastic experience. We brought our Volvo in to have some electrical gremlins searched out. Our service manager, George was wonderful to work with. Super friendly and responsive. George definitely passes the vibe check as someone I’d go have a beer with (important litmus test). From the beginning he was very informative and transparent about the process. Our service required additional funds authorization but no charges were added or work commenced until we were given a clear explanation of what they were and why, so I felt like we had full control over the process. George took a lot of time to explain everything through the repair in language that I could understand (I’m not a car guy, it’s usually a foreign language). George did a great job advocating for us when our extended warranty company tried to push back on covering the work. This I really appreciated. Steve’s has secured a lifelong customer after this first transaction. I trust them fully to handle any issue we have with our import car at a fair price and with honesty. Previously our only option was the dealership, and you know how that goes. This level of service and honesty is hard to find sometimes in the auto repair world so I am thankful we ended up finding Steve’s.

The whole staff at Steve's European Automotive are friendly and courteous. Their prices are also very reasonable. Steve's service is so good that I drive all the way from Canton to Waterford to have my Audi serviced. Over my 30 years servicing foreign cars in multiple states (including dealerships), Steve's European Automotive is by far the best auto repair shop I have ever worked with.

Steve’s is AMAZING!!! I needed work on my 2018 Jetta. The estimate was spot on. They had a loaner vehicle for me. And, when I needed a battery replaced, told me to “just swing by” and installed at no charge. This was after receiving advice on the most cost effective battery. The advice came from Steve himself. The entire experience was amazing. As a single mom, honest car service is paramount. Thank you, Steve’s for amazing service!!! I will continue to patronize and recommend your shop.

Honest, Professional, and Thorough! I recently brought my 2013 Jetta SportWagen TDI to Steve’s European for a full inspection, timing belt and water pump replacement, and repairs on a leaking valve cover and injector plate. From start to finish, their service was outstanding! The inspection was incredibly detailed, and I loved that they provided a digital report with photos and explanations of any issues they found. This level of transparency made it easy to understand what my car needed and why. Their workmanship is top-notch, and my car is running great. George’s communication was excellent—he kept me informed throughout the entire process and answered all my questions thoroughly. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and highly skilled shop for your European car, Steve’s European is the place to go! Highly recommended!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I purchased a 2004 audi a4 back in July of 24. The car has had issues non stop since day 1. I took it into Steve's smd got upfront answers right away. JD , Nick and Jordan kept me in the loop every time it was in their shop. It was a slow and lengthy process determining everything wrong with the car and basically building it again from start. Communication ans honesty were there the whole time each visit and after 9 times being taken back in for countless things this 21 year old car is now riding like a new car. I just want to personally thank everyone for being up front about everything and staying in touch along the whole process. As someone who has been in customer service for 18 years myself its great knowing I have somewhere to go where I can trust all of the staff and know I will get the best results every time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! PS. THE FIRST TIME IN A YEAR THERE HAVE BEEN NO LIGHTS ON MY DASH Thank you Steve's European

Everyone from the top down are super friendly and courteous. I worked mostly with JD and George over the course of several repairs. They have both taken excellent care of my car and do a fantastic job explaining everything. Even though I did not work directly with Steve, he still took the time to say hello to me and ask how I was doing.

I took my Maserati granturismo to them about 2 years ago. The vehicle needed a few things done. After taking it there it purred like a kitten. They charged me 1/2 of what the Maserati dealer would of and I haven't run into no problem with it. They are really good at what they do. I'm taking it there soon to get a summer time check up. ,great people.
