This is my first time taking my car here, March 22, 2025, and Corey was great. He was friendly, answered my questions, and was fun to talk to. If you need to leave your car there, they partner/use Lyft if you need a ride (with the caveat there has to be a Lyft available). Total time from when I walked in and out, was just over 3hrs, with my car being worked on for 2.5 of those hours. The lobby/waiting area/bathroom were all clean and very nice. It was also warm inside, I was able to be in just my sweatshirt, when it was snowing and 31° out. The waiting chairs, are fairly comfortable. They also have coffee and water available. Overall, I had a good experience with both staff and services provided, and would go back.

This is my first time taking my car here, April 4, 2025, and Corey was great. He was friendly, answered my questions, and was fun to talk to. If you need to leave your car there, they partner/use Lyft if you need a ride. Excellent communication and very honest when doing the repairs need on my vehicle. I will be going back for my routine maintenance

I absolutely loved the experience I had at Car Aid. I received an oil change from them, along with a turbo replacement (and a few other minor things). I appreciate that I was able to book an appointment online. The customer service is top notch and I enjoyed chatting with the owners who are very passionate about the work they do! They gave me a ride home after leaving my car at the shop, and I received updates and pictures as they were working on my car. Everything was explained thoroughly and I appreciated learning more about my car and how it works. I was also explained information on the warranty. I am relieved to have a trusted place to take my car and I finally feel safe driving it again. I would highly recommend anyone go there for services!

Made a post on Facebook last night looking to get some work done on my vehicle and the manager Corey Was extremely helpful on Facebook so I drove up there this morning and had my vehicle looked at expecting to have to spend quite a bit of money. After them looking at the vehicle and realizing I don’t need brakes and costing me $400 they found the issue and it was only $54. So to recap, I thought I needed all new brakes and rotors, and they didn’t upsell me and make me get those. They fixed the very small issue. It was for a very good price and I’ll only be using this shop again in the future. Corey is the man! Great technicians as well there!
