I had an appointment with Steiner's garage to check my front brakes due to a noise I was hearing. My appointment was for a Tuesday so I took my car down Monday afternoon to drop it off. I was very surprised to get a phone call a couple hours later telling me that they were able to get my car in that day and that it should be done shortly. It was wonderful to get my car back A day earlier than what I had expected. I highly recommend Steiner's garage, they get you in within a reasonable time, they are very friendly and personable. Their prices are very competitive and they do whatever they can to repair your vehicle.

Motor blew in my 2010 Colorado. Bought the truck a year ago and put a lot of $$ into making it my husband’s well earned dream truck. So I purchased a custom motor with all the upgrades and took it all to Steiner’s. Murphy’s Law kicked in and the 1st motor shipped was defective, there was endless confusion with the company I bought it from, and the whole thing was a nightmare. But Steiner’s worked with me through the whole process - they were AMAZING!! Before it was over, there were countless phone calls, emails, some really over the top requirements from the motor company to “prove” the 1st motor was defective, endless delays, and a lot of BS. But everyone at Steiner’s worked hard to get it done (including getting the 2nd motor installed on a weekend at no extra charge to me!) and kept a sense of humor through it all. They’ve done other big jobs for me over the years and I’ve never had to bring a car back because something wasn’t right. This job hit the top of the “worst job ever” list and it could have gone to hell easily with all the frustrations and hoops the motor company made them jump through. But Steiner’s did the work, stayed professional, laughed with me at the worst of it, and helped me through all of it in countless ways. I’ll never go anywhere else!
