The store is well stocked, and the people working the store did what they can to help you out. I'll go here again for sure. I do have an issue with NAPA's website / corporate, though! I ordered a new alternator for my daughters van. I wanted a new one, and my only option was to order it online and ship to store. I did this, and when I went to collect it, it had not been sent! My daughters driving test was the next day, so I was not very happy about this. There was a remanufactured one available, but I had to drive 40min to go get it. I didn't want an reman because they're a crap shoot at best, but I had no other option at this point. The alternator fits and works as it should, but we'll see if I have to end up using the lifetime warranty or not. This isn't a 1 hour fix, so I hope it lasts.

The woman that I had the misfortune of having to deal with was very passive aggressive. She went out of her way to drive customers over to the other auto parts store across the street, She had no customer experience and was very bad at interacting with people. Horrible experience!

Husband called was put on hold for over 20 minutes. I drove in as he was still on hold and worker was talking to people not caring about a customer on hold! I told her it was my husband on hold. She got mouthy and didn't care. Doesn't even deserve I star!

I had to contact this store about my father's estate, not a pleasant task. However, the associate was so kind and helpful. He easily answered my questions and made it a much easier call than expected. If they are this great about an account question, they must be fabulous with parts.
