fair pricing, they dont try to upsell, and both times i have brought my car they took care of it same day. can't recommend enough!

I was told my suv would take 6 hours of labor so I was charged along with tax $1037.00. I took it in at 8:00 when they opened. I received a call at 12:38 afternoon, so I mentioned to Mr Rashad that my labor cost should be less because it didn't take 6 hours. From 8:00am to 12:38 is approx 4 and a half not 6 hours. I told him I shouldn't get charged for the extra 1 and a half hour. His reply was it didn't take the full 6 hours because he had a mechanic on it that work fast. That was great but I should not had paid $885.00 for the 4 and a half hours when my receipt read 5.9 hours of labor at $885.00.I feel I was over charged and he was not interested in adjusting my payment. Then when I wanted to check the work out before I made my payment, as everyone should do, he claim I was being a difficult customer. Who in their right mind (especially being a female) would pay for services and not even check to see if the service is satisfactory or not, who would give up over $1000.00 and not make sure their vehicle is fixed or not. Then I asked him if he had a sister or daughter or even his mom who he wouldn't want them to check out their vehicle before driving off? I also asked if there is some type of warranty. He said whatever the part is, which he didn't care to check. So the bottom line is I got charged for 6 hour labor which ended up being 4 and a half. The part was only $40 something. In my opinion Mr Rashad is not a professional business man. Would a professional business man tell a customer they are being difficult., because they are asking normal questions about their vehicle and why are they getting charged more than what they should be charged. No I will not be going back, because of Mr Rashad not the mechanic who did the work. I should have only been charged about $663. Instead of $885. This is not good business practice to rob the customer as he did, yes I could have really put up a fight for the difference, but i believe in the golden rule from the bible what goes around comes around , also treat others as you want to be treated.

Man hands down I love this place last year I took my Audi truck up there and never had a problem after. Like this place don’t even play like that. They get the job done right the first time. So I just bought a Chevy Cruze and the owner lied about the problems. So I just took it home to real mechanics everything came back I paid ahead of time because I know they that good every mechanic in there. Eviorment is very friendly and safe. Only tough time you will have is waiting on the invoice. But I rather have it done right. Just go guys best place in Cleveland. Call Lebron James and ask him. Lol

My car repairs took a little longer than expected BUT the quality of work that was done and the friendliness of the staff was worth the wait. My car rides BETTER than new. The owner handled the 1 concern I had IMMEDIATELY and I am 1000% satisfied with the work and the outcome. Would rate 9.5 only because of the time.

They literally get no stars from me I paid him 1500 to fix my daughters car and he never even fixed it and then Rashad was dodging my phone calls and then blocked me so that I couldn’t text or call him anymore don’t go to this place he used to be good he’s a rip off now!
