If you want great service, DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE!!! I called the number listed on google and a strange man answered the phone “Hello?” Listen, I understand calling early in the morning before someone is open can be an issue, but when you’re calling A BUSINESS, you’re expecting to leave a voicemail. Some people work from 8-5 and don’t have time to make calls in the middle of their work day. I don’t need someone to hang up on me. All this to say, maybe don’t put your personal number on google and get a business phone. Or, put your phone on DND. Simple!

This place is awesome. You gotta go there. They take care of everything from start to finish. This is the second time they fixed damage on my BMW as it was hit almost back to back. He went all the way to Detroit just to get the parts so I can have my car in time for the weekend. I can’t stress enough that this is a place you need to come get your car. I am extremely happy with him. If I ever need anybody work in the future I’m coming back.

I came here on Monday told them I needed a new bumper and grill. They instantly ordered the parts and asked when I was available to get it fixed. Thursday I came for my service and told it would take about two hours, but to my surprise and satisfaction it took only a hour. The service was great and the workers are very friendly. If I ever need a service again this is going to be my place.

I went to this place for an estimate of the damage seen in this photo. They gave me an unnecessarily large estimate, and gave me different prices for if I was to use insurance or not (which I’m pretty sure is not even legal). When I said no, a lot of this was not necessary (like changing the rear door when the damage didn’t even touch the rear door, or fixing airbags when there was no issue with the sensors) they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I come to find out years later when I’m selling my car that they reported it to CARFAX as a moderate accident causing serious safety or structural issues. This was a parking incident with the wall you can see in the picture that did not include any other vehicles. So not only will they try to scam you but they will also report you incorrectly to CARFAX when you say no. Wish I could give them less than one star, this seriously affected my selling process.

Absolutely yes book your car for body work here! These gentlemen are thorough and go above and beyond. My 10 year old Toyota looks like new fresh off the lot. Very impressive, highly recommended, 6 stars!
