Bought 2 tires. Both were awful with very low tread. They only replaced 1 of the tires. These tires cost $45 each and looked like $20 tires. Very disappointed with owners not standing by their receipt and 15 day warranty. And they broke my studs and was gonna charge me $90 to fix it. SMH

When you encounter a great business. The business needs to be recognized. I had some nail issues in more than 1 tire and the nice and professional lady got me in and out. They are very much appreciated.

I'll tell you what.. It was refreshing to have help like I got today. I felt like I was back in time when there was still actual customer service and people that cared!! Very very nice dudes that worked there. Helped me out with a flat repair and balance and some new lug nuts when I went to 4 other places that couldn't even be bothered to answer my questions let alone help me. They had me in and out right quick in less than 45 min. I'll def be going back to buy my next set of new tires there and have some service work done. I would highly recommend them.. thanks guys for your help!!

I pulled up and was immediately waved to a parking space. I got out informed the older gentleman I need a used tire ( mine and formed 2 small bubbles) I was informed it would be 55. And it included putting it on. I was in a rush so I chose to let them help me out. I was told I could wait and pay inside. It may have been just 20 minutes. I asked about getting some other work done the youngan was so nice and patient with my questions I had to tip him. KINDNESS is essential ✨️. Seniors need a tiny but of time. Especially when you're single and have no men to go with you. It was my second experience with them.

Pulled up twice for emergency help. Was greeted by older male with much condescending remarks For being unaware of knowledge of vehicle issues definitely lost out on good money found a place not too far from it. They were able to resolve my issue and i paid immediately and it only took them about 20 minutes. With a regular Jack and no further issues were had. In the future Be mindful that people come for help, especially in areas where they don’t have much knowledge don’t make people feel like you don’t want their money. Gotta remember this is Cleveland and not the south….meaning you’re not often greeted with warmly.
