On February I bought a computer through sears. The computer was slow, it did not connect to the internet and the battery did not work. I returned the computer to the address they gave me and I have not received my refund so far. I have written several messages and they do not answer me, I have called them and they do not answer me. On May 31, I contacted them for my refund and they did not answer me. Sears contacted them asking for explanations for the lack of communication and they answered that "my case has been closed". Today is June 17 and I have not received my money and they say that they have already closed my case. Where is my refund?

In July, I ordered a new computer from Stan's through Sears. The computer arrived in a paper bag. I opened the bag to find enclosed a used computer. It has scratches on the exterior, both top and bottom. The screen was scratched, as well. The computer had already been programmed. It was obvious that this computer had been taken off someone's desk, placed in the bag, and sent to me. I paid for a new, factory packed computer. Instead, I got used merchandise. On the same day as my receipt of this defective merchandise, I advised Sears of the problem. I returned the used computer in full compliance with instructions from Sears. Now, with no explanation at all, Sears has reversed its credit to me for this merchandise. Sears has reinstated the charge, $549.95, to my account. Sears has not explained why it is charging me for merchandise I returned to the merchant months ago and for which it had credited my account. Beware of this merchant (I give 0 stars) and Sears. They are stabbing me in the back and seeking to cheat me out of my hard-earned money. Now, I will be forced to get legal advice to protect my credit. Sears is showing itself to be DEVIL. I will never, ever purchase anything from them again in my life.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Purchased a computer through Sears Marketplace on July 23rd with a delivery date of August 6th. Well here it is September 7th with no computer and nothing but lame excuses and unfulfilled promises of updates. Horrible lack of customer service.

Solution was worse than the remedy. Sent a computer with Windows 10, and its many issues it refuses to connect to network, it refuses to connect to any network, it gives constant hardware errors. Requesting refund.
