It seems like every time we go there for service they are trying to pry some more money from us. I brought our car there because it is under warranty and did not want any issues. This last time, I brought it for an oil change and my tire light was on, when my car was finished it was still on. They assured me it was an issue with a sensor and I should bring it back. I brought it back and they tried to tell me that I had my tire changed because the sensor was missing. I’ve only had my car serviced at there location so this was impossible. They said it was not covered under warranty because it was missing and we’re going to charge me close to 600 dollars to fix! Naturally I complained to the manager and he agreed to fix it for just the cost of the part with no labor and he told me that if my tire had a leak they would take care of it. So we got the sensor replaced and I was assured my tire did not leak but later that night the low tire light came on as it definitely is leaking. Needless to say I would never recommend this place and warranty or not I will never bring my car there again!
