Emmanuel Auto Motors & Repairs Introduce

Located at 808 E Baltimore Ave, Lansdowne, PA 19050, USA, Emmanuel Auto Motors & Repairs operates as an "Auto Repair Station" that also appears to be involved in used car sales. They can be reached by phone at (610) 259-7071 or via mobile at +1 610-259-7071. While the "Auto Repair Station" category suggests services related to vehicle maintenance and repair, the overwhelming majority of provided customer feedback specifically addresses concerns related to their vehicle sales, rather than repair services.

Environment and Atmosphere

Based on the extremely negative customer reviews, the perceived environment at Emmanuel Auto Motors & Repairs is one of significant mistrust and dissatisfaction. The customer feedback suggests an atmosphere where transparency and post-sale support are severely lacking. Phrases like "Horrible experience," "Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE," and "All the cars are trash and the customer service is horrible" paint a picture of an uninviting and potentially deceptive environment. The advice to "Listen to the reviews and save yourself money" indicates that the overall customer sentiment is one of extreme caution and disappointment. While there isn't information about the physical cleanliness or layout of the premises, the negative reviews strongly imply a business culture that prioritizes quick sales over customer satisfaction and ethical practices, leading to a highly unfavorable and stressful experience for customers who purchase vehicles from them.

Services and Goods for Sale

As an "Auto Repair Station" that also engages in vehicle sales, Emmanuel Auto Motors & Repairs theoretically offers two main types of services or goods:

  • Used Car Sales: This appears to be a significant part of their operation, judging by the nature of the complaints. Customers report purchasing vehicles that break down almost immediately after sale, requiring major and expensive repairs like engine replacements or exhibiting severe safety issues like "stopping while driving." The term "sells lemons" is used by a customer, implying that the vehicles sold are often defective or have significant undisclosed problems.
  • Auto Repair Services: While the provided reviews focus on car sales, their designation as an "Auto Repair Station" suggests they would also offer general vehicle maintenance and repair services. However, there is no positive or detailed information about the quality or scope of these repair services from the given reviews. It's plausible that they perform repairs on the vehicles they sell, or offer general mechanical work to the public, but the customer experiences provided do not shed light on this aspect.
Features and Customer Experience

The features of Emmanuel Auto Motors & Repairs, as derived from the customer experiences, are overwhelmingly negative and raise serious red flags for potential customers:

  • Sale of Unreliable/Defective Vehicles: The most prominent feature highlighted is the alleged sale of "lemon" cars. Customers report vehicles breaking down within a day or a few days of purchase, requiring major repairs like a new engine or exhibiting dangerous malfunctions while driving. This indicates a severe lack of quality control, pre-sale inspection, or transparency regarding vehicle condition.
  • Poor (or Non-Existent) Post-Sale Customer Service: The reviews consistently describe "horrible customer service." There is no indication of willingness to rectify issues after a sale, provide refunds, or offer meaningful support for the immediate breakdowns. This absence of accountability is a critical negative feature.
  • Alleged Misrepresentation of Vehicle Condition: Phrases like "Trust nothing he post 'runs good'" suggest that vehicles are misrepresented as being in good working order when, in fact, they have significant underlying problems or safety issues. This is a severe breach of trust.
  • Safety Concerns: One customer explicitly mentioned a "safety issue" with their car stopping while driving, expressing relief they "didn’t go on the highway." This highlights a profound danger associated with the vehicles allegedly sold by this establishment.
  • Lack of Trust and Recommendations: The clear and emphatic statements like "Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE" and advice to "Listen to the reviews" are powerful indicators of a business that has lost the trust of its customers.

Given the nature of the reviews, there are no positive features to highlight from the provided information. Instead, the features are primarily cautionary tales.

Promotional Information

No explicit promotional information is available or can be inferred from the provided reviews. In fact, the reviews serve as a stark warning against engaging with this business for vehicle purchases. While any auto repair or sales business would typically aim to promote itself through various means, the severe negative feedback would likely overshadow any traditional promotional efforts. If this business were to attempt promotional activities, they might include:

  • Vehicle Listings: Advertising used cars for sale through online platforms or local classifieds, as implied by the customer who mentioned "nothing he post 'runs good'."
  • Basic Repair Service Advertising: If they truly offer repair services, they might advertise routine maintenance, diagnostics, or specific repair specialties, but this is not evident from the provided data.

However, any such promotions would likely face significant skepticism given the public feedback. For any potential customer considering Emmanuel Auto Motors & Repairs, particularly for a vehicle purchase, the overwhelming advice from previous customers is to exercise extreme caution, verify vehicle condition independently (e.g., through a pre-purchase inspection by an unbiased mechanic), and be highly vigilant about the terms of sale. The mentions of reporting them to the "DMV and PA General Attorney" underscore the serious nature of the complaints and the legal recourse customers are considering.

Emmanuel Auto Motors & Repairs Customer Reviews

Horrible experience. Sold me a car and the next day the car broke down. Turns out the car had a leak now it needs a new engine. Only drove the car for 1 day. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. All the cars are trash and the customer service is horrible. Listen to the reviews and save yourself money.

He sells lemons. Reporting them to DMV and PA General Attorney. Trust nothing he post “runs good”. Safety issue. Had the car for 4 days and it started stopping while driving. All praises I didn’t go on the highway. Will be reporting them.

I bought a used car from a guy, and got exactly what I paid for, a used car. I then drove 1 hour 20 minutes home only to find out the vehicle was not safe to drive after being told it would pass a safety inspection but it's a used car so can't expect much all I wanted was some honesty I would buy from him again if he would have been honest but they definitely pulled the sheet over my eyes be careful do your homework don't go 1 hour 20 mins to get a car buy from someone local let your mechanic look at it first!!!

I took my car there for state inspection and they took my car in. The guy came back and tell me I need to get my brakes done and I tell him no I'll come back later. They said ok but I have to paid $100 for one sticker and I tell them no I'll be back after fix my brakes but the guy was like we can fix them here for $160. I told them that was too much and they pretty much told me I can't get my car out of there until I paid $100 for the 1 sticker. I had to call the cops and everything. Please don't take your car there for any repairs or buy car from them because they robbing people.
