Seiple's Collision & Restoration has been my mechanic shop for over 10 years now. It is a family owned, local business that treats you like part of their family. Their prices are reasonable, their advice is honest and the work is always done right whether it is mechanical work or body work. I would highly recommend them to anyone and am grateful to have such a trusting mechanic shop.

I was not pleased with the owner. They charges they added onto my car for tow & storage were highway robbery. I did not want my car towed by the police, but had no choice. The police towed my car to them, my insurance co., took 10 days to get there, but still too high. They knew the insurance would pay. They also did not include charges on estimate, telling them, they were going to be doing the repairs, which I never agreed to. When I went to take them the $, they say, any police tow, has to be paid in cash... Very draining, not a good experience..

I went with my son to pick up his car. The website says that it closes at 5pm but don't be fooled because they said you can't get uour vehicle after 4:30. So we drive up and b4 we even enter the gate, there this man with a doc"s deli shirt on saying " what do you want?" Not even in a business like manner. We stated what the website said. And he says we're arguing. Which makes no sense. It seems they just want tlo hold the car to charge another days fee. I work right down the street and I honestly felt like I was an alien from another planet if you know what I mean. Poor customer service , even if you were " closed" .We didn't need to be addressed in the manner inwhich he chose.
