Took my car there because I was having problems with the battery. They were able to take me as a walk in to look at my battery. They were very thorough and did what they could to try to save me the most money. I also meant to ask them to put air in my tires but I forgot. They did it without me having to ask. Overall, great service

I have conflicting thoughts about my experience. My car was fixed to my satisfaction but I don't feel I was informed in a timely manner that the work was completed. I had received a second key that arrived while my car was there and was told by one of the servicemen that it had been programmed to the car but when I arrived to pick up my car I was told it wasn't. I feel there is a serious lack of communication within your service department.
