I scheduled an oil change and knew that tire rotation is done at the same time. However, at check out they had only done a tire rotation. They said they were sorry for the inconvenience and took my car back in. I had a problem with squirrels getting under my car and chewing up rubber lines. A gas vent line was chewed in multiple places causing fumes in the cabin. Great Lakes Toyota got the car in the next afternoon and needed parts so I got it back the next day. Everything went well as far as I can tell. The service guys were nice, knowledgeable, and explained the problem. I'll be back.
