I took the truck I drive up to him, after someone else TRIED to fix the problem, not only did he fix the problem, but he found a couple small things that needed attention and he took care of it. Duane is an awesome mechanic. He's honest. He goes above what is needed to show and explain what's wrong and what needs to be fixed. As a woman, I don't feel like I have to play the 'I have to talk to my husband!' Because he explains it all, and when I come to pick my car up, he has the parts that he remived/fixed to show you. His prices are more than reasonable.

Hired this man to identify and repair a vehicle that I had purchased. It had an OBVIOUS Brake issue. He supposedly changed rotors and charged almost $900. Brakes were NOT Repaired and neither were the ROTORS. Now I wonder if he ever changed oil or repaired ANYTHING. He will never get the opportunity to touch any vehicle of mine. Btw I have all documentation to back my statement up . ALONG With the new REPAIR bill.

Great experience. Duan really helped us out when our motor blew. Fast work, and car sounds better than when it blew. Reasonable price and amazing communication throughout the whole time. I live in WI and I may bring my other vehicles here to be worked on. It's hard to find a shop you can truly trust. This is a shop I can wholly trust.

they arrived very quickly, however he never asked for my insurance info, And I paid cash. He wont send The invoice to my state farm agent so I can get reimbusred!!! SO, ask for it BEFORE he leaves or good luck getting an emailed copy for reimbursement!! NEVER AGAIN!!
