The best experience! Today I needed to get windshield wiper blades for my car and it just happened to be on a day where it was just pouring rain nonstop. I was also on my way to pick my wife up from the airport so time was very limited. So into your store I went - clueless and time-crunched. I was met by Maxwell who gave me a very basic but clear understanding of what I needed. I asked if they are difficult to install and he said "don't worry I'll help you get em on." "Yes! immediate relief! as I needed to keep moving and was initially picturing myself outside in the rain fumbling with these things getting soaked and frustrated. Maxwell walked out with me IN THE RAIN and took the old ones off and put the new ones on in under a minute. Most impressive. What service!! And what a great guy! I will totally go back to this store for all my future car needs. Thank you Maxwell!

I thought I needed my battery charged or a new battery; didn't need either! TIM said my connection was too loose & worked almost 30 min to get the error corrected...for FREE!! Knowledgeable staff with superior customer service skills!!

I needed my car battery replaced. They went out of their way to get what I needed from another store. Then installed it and had me on my way in no time. Maxwell did great-kudos!!

Today Tim changed my battery. He was very polite and helpful. Great job hiring people that know what they are doing. Everywhere else I went they did not help like Tim did. Thanks for the great customer service.

I was there today a young man Brian thorn helped me with my battery. He discovered the problem and I was able to get another battery under warranty. I had been there before and the man was very helpful even cleaning battery and told me to come back if problem. Both very helpful. My battery would show good when they checked but with last guy it finally showed up the problem.. They both were very helpful.

Went today to Irvin Cobb Auto Zone. Brian ran a computer check for me and explained my results. He was very kind and helpful. Would not accept a tip. Did a great job. This was at 240pm CST on Tuesday Match 25. I did not get his last name. Thank you for this free service and help.

I'm a manager at this autozone and I whole like to nominate Christina whooler for an extra miler on her lunch today we were busy and after I displayed a part for a customer to see I didn't realize that I had dropped a bolt and until after the customer left the parking lot and then she processed to race out the door flaging the customer down at the intersection almost getting hit by a car in the process she got the part to the customer I can honestly say that she lives and breaths by the pledge always putting the customer first she always taking one for the team especially when we're short staffed she the first to to say I will when a Dubble is presented but today she definitely went the extra mile for a customer
