If I could rate them higher I would. Fast, friendly, detailed and affordable service. They got my vehicle in as promised. Sent a detailed report that included pictures and was easy to understand. My keys were dropped off to me at work, so they could make sure my vehicle stayed locked. When the need arises I will be returning to this shop and only this shop from now on. Glad I found this shop with a Google search.

Terrible place to do business extremely overpriced. Went in for a simple inspection. Never quoted me a price. Every other place in town quoted me $50. I get done with the inspection. They tell me $160 and that they definitely quoted me the price first which is completely inaccurate. And then they wanted to call me a liar about it and insinuating that they definitely told me the price went $160 for an inspection telling me that my windshield wipers work, which they definitely never did

This was my first time taking my vehicle to Harlan Automotive. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. No extra charges like some shops do. I did not fell like I got over charged for the work they did which is important to me. I will use them again and highly recommend for your auto repairs.

Just the absolute best. Love their process but mostly love that when I was on a family trip and having trouble I was able to talk to Josh and his team to talk me through some scenarios and give us peace of mind. There are only two places in town I trust and this is one of them. Couldn’t recommend enough

💥WARNING💥 ‼️‼️‼️‼️Need Your Vehicle Fixed? DONT GO TO HARLAN AUTOMOTIVE ‼️‼️ Somewhat of a long post but worth the read! On Friday May 2nd 10am (My appt l. Time) I took my Tahoe to see what's causing my coolant leak and my vehicle to not take fuel at the gas pump. I get a text at 2:42 saying "my vehicle inspection is done, click this link to review". I open the report and estimate, $1673.60 to diagnose the coolant leak, replace the radiator, perform a coolant flush, and replace the evaporation control canister. I approve said work done via this app they use (which has you electronically sign and stores your I.P address so if you try to scam them and refuse that u approved said work) vehicle sits all weekend because I didn't know they were closed on Saturdays. On Tuesday, May 6th at 2:33 I get a text from Harlan Automotive saying my vehicle service has been completed. So after work I go and pick up vehicle, Pay $1626.15 in cash so I dont have to pay the 3% card fee they charge for using a card, and thank them for fixing my vehicle. I then leave and go to pick up my daughter from daycare and go to get fuel. Insert the fuel nozzle into tank and a half gallon later. "CLICK" and repeat multiple times. By this time its past 5pm(after they close) so Wednesday May 7th I call and talk to them they tell me to bring it back in, so I do so after work. He shows me the old Vapor canister because at this point im starting to get angry and have my reservations about how they diagnose problems and fix them. He tell me that the charcoal filter sometimes breaks down and causes problem in the lines and that they will make it right. I agree and let them take my vehicle back and try to reconcile the issues. So Thursday May 8th goes by and I havent heard anything (that's when they made my next appointment for at 10am) so i call and ask about any updates. Patrick the front desk guy informs me that their technician "Drake" wants to keep the vehicle over night so that "Mike" the owner of Harlan Automotive can look at it because he has 30yrs experience and the right tools and vacuum to try to clean the lines out. I again agree to leave my vehicle there. So today Friday May 9th goes by and I call at 1:09pm because I still havent heard anything and I know they close for the weekend. "Josh" informs me that "yeah Mike is suppose to look at it today, he is working on another vehicle right now." So needless to say after work I went to pick up my vehicle because at this point we are basically a week in and im tired of the run around. I have already paid cash for the service that they said would fix my vehicle! When I walk in Patrick says "Man Fridays are kind of crazy around here to which i just respond yeah I guess." Then proceed to tell them I won't need them to look at my vehicle anymore I'll be going elsewhere because "Mike" (The so called experienced owner) doesn't return until Tuesday at 10am.

My first visit to Harlan automotive and it was to have a new remote programmed and key cut. No problems with that at all. I will say that Patrick was very easy to work with.
