I would like to commend the excellent customer service provided by the night shift employee, Austin. It was a pleasure to interact with him! Oil, filters, etc changed in less than 40 minutes right before 10 pm.

Devan & Jeff are very attentive to the customer. Very good managers, the tech's have been trained to do there job well. Cudo'sto them for a job well done. North canton and Diamond can learn a lot from these two guys.

I love this place, I love these guys they are the best. I’ve been coming this place for truck oil change since 2014 and they are super nice super fair and top of the best they do,I have by pass oil filter even Volvo dealer don’t have it because it’s after market part was put on for extra mileage, Justin took the old off and he says he will match it and he did it, THANK YOU Justin and thank you Jeff he’s the manager he’s the best, they all the best period….

Had a DOT inspection done here. The inspection was not signed so I had to go back and have them fix it. Turns out the inspector wasn't even working that day, they were just using his name to do inspections. Manager ended up putting his name on new paperwork certifying that the annual inspection was completed by him. He didn't even see our truck. Just annoying that we (drivers) have to do everyone's work for them because people are getting lazy
