Southwest Radiator Customer Reviews

Brought in my car that was over heating and Rodrigo was able to find the leak in my radiator within minutes. Instead of trying to sell me a new radiator, they offered to repair it and said it would definitely hold up. Since then it has held up and my vehicle is running great. I even got a year warranty on the labor that was done which gives me a great piece of mind. Would definitely recommended this place.

Had my radiator replaced last week on my 2007 Honda civic. I don't have another car and had no ride. Jackie, who is one of the owners, gave me a ride home AND to the atm on the way back. My car is running great and there has been no further problems. I was extremely surprised and satisfied with this place. Im glad that I chose a local business and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to help local businesses and work with great people!

Husband and wife team. The husband does not know how to install a radiator properly on his first try and the wife will verbally attack you if you return because of warranty issues. Very bad customer service, and they like to blame any problems with their installation on your vehicle. Stay away from this team.

This place is a joke. The owner I guess that’s what she is a greedy. She will tell you a price then add hundreds to it. Swear she was on something. Never never ever go there. This is a quote from her mouth. I called her dishonest and she said you don’t even know the half of it. Stay as far away as you can from this place.
