This is the only dealership I like the most. I have so many problems with the dealership in Ford Marina, and Santa Monica! Especially Santa Monica, they scratched my car and blame it was my fault! The Southbay I had some issues but now all solved by a manager name Gabe. The salesperson who sold me my car promised the trunk table and is been sitting in my house for at least half a year. I decided to complained to Ford South Bay in person and I met Gabe, he just helped me solved the problem within a week! He is so awesome and friendly and very helpful. Every time I have issues or problem he just helped me solve it instantly! Very responsible and I would recommend look for him or even better they should have more people like Gabe in these dealership. The sales manager sucks! I called him for help and he didn’t even reply or call back. Thank you Gabe!!! 🙏

My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle to replace our Acura and found ourselves at the South Bay Lincoln Ford dealership one day. We were just looking around not really interested in anything but then I saw a Lincoln Corsair and fell in love with it. We were greeted by a salesman, Christopher Quinn who helped us through the whole ordeal of purchasing a new car. He worked with us for about 8 months until our car finally appeared on the lot. I was very specific about which color I really liked and when he called and told us he had "our perfect car" i could hardly believe it. Christopher was very patient with me and not the kind of salesperson who was pushy and followed you around everywhere. He knew what we wanted and worked very hard to make that happen. Experience and extra price for new cars, the same car, color, and options is $3500 cheaper than same ford else. Don't go there, is it expensive dealer and no discount.
