This was my first time visiting Pacific Volkswagen to have my car serviced. It was a nice experience overall. I was greeted by friendly and efficient service staff. Marisa Garcia was my service advisor and she was on the ball. Very knowledgeable and professional. I got all of my questions answered and I was in and out in about 2 hrs which was excellent timing for what I was having done. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your VW service needs. I'm happy to say that I am a happy camper and will return when needed.
