We've been looking for a service center "home base" in LA for our Porsche--it's safe to say that we found it. Jorge, our service advisor, does a fantastic job making sure we understand what they're doing with the car and why it is needed. He never pushes, which makes us very comfortable. Everyone we've encountered--Yeneli, Richard, James--have been extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, very happy with the staff. This is now our go-to for maintenance and warranty work.

It’s a beautiful facility and everyone, from the greeter to the service advisor, were super friendly. The location wasn’t too crowded. The best part was the pick up. It was fast and easy. I would have given them 5 stars if a loaner had been offered.

Mike Skulick makes the process of getting your Porsche serviced so easy and painless. He’s also extremely knowledgeable and treats you like a good friend/neighbor. The entire facility is also clean and well staffed. A very tightly-run service center.

Michael S., my Service Advisor has always been fantastic everytime he serviced me and my husband for maintenance of our car. A second time around now. I brought my Porsche Cayenne, still under factory warranty, to Porsche South Bay for a dashboard repair due to peeling leather and an instrument cluster replacement due to the tachometer needle not working properly. The process was a complete disaster. They failed to order the part as promised, lost my work order, and when I finally got the car back, the windshield was cracked, the license plate frame was broken, and the instrument cluster wasn’t even replaced because they worked on the wrong car. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff at Porsche South Bay refused to take accountability for their errors, lied about the situation, and treated me with complete disrespect. Rather than resolving the issue professionally, they became defensive, dismissive, and uncooperative. If you’re expecting premium service to match the Porsche brand, look elsewhere. Porsche South Bay’s service department is an embarrassment to the brand. Save yourself the frustration and go to a dealership that values its customers.
