Sound Image

I recently came to Sound Image after being referred by a friend. He gave great reviews about Sound Image, so I had to check it out. I spoke to the boss Issac and he was very friendly and had me come in right away. His shop is so conveniently located off the freeway and when I met the staff, I could tell the people there enjoy working for Issac. Issac was so helpful and he took care of my truck as if it was his own. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with what I wanted done to my truck. I definitely will come back for more services from Sound Image.

I came to this place so they could check the wires of my existing radio. As a woman i like to play dumb with men. We both were checking my radio and i noticed he didnt reset the radio correctly meanwhile offering a new radio. He was acting like something was wrong with the radio before checking to see if the wires were loose. When i told him no thank you he asked me how much did i want to spend which is a total turn off. I wont go there for anything.

They couldnt do anything right if you gave them a pencil and asked them to draw a line. My truck has been here 4 times to fix the same issues I’ve had since the first time they touched it. Do not take your vehicles here for anything electronic cuz they will mess it up and you’ll spend thousands with no result. Example: Blown blower modules, burned out fuses, glitchy and freezing electronics, random cords hanging out of everywhere, shit falling from the roof, warning lights don’t work, charging ports don’t work, cameras don’t work, relays burning up. Absolutely worthless installation, and just sheer laziness. The daddy may have built the business but those kids will destroy it. How it’s still open I have no idea.

There is a reason I have their sticker on my truck. Not only do I love their work, but I also support this sound shop fully. If I have a problem, they will fix it. If I want something installed, they will do it professionally. I won't go to any other soundshop but sound image. The owners, nice. The staff is exceptional. The product is phenomenal. The best in the HD!

They were fantastic! Got a new radio with aux, Bluetooth. New speakers and a keyless entry system. And they all work like a charm. If anybody has 3rd gen 4runner that needs these mods, go here. Highly recommend it. Plus, Isaac was a nice cool guy, too.

I just want to say that I highly recommend this place to anybody who needs there windows tinted. I went in with my dodge ram and was greeted and helped out right away by the boss Isaac. He was very helpful, fair with the price on the work, and on point with the time it would take to be finished. I am very happy with the tint job his guys did on my truck. Thank you sir

They put a 1200.2 amp that's 4 ohm stable wired to 2 ohms , that's the first problem. Then they used all black speaker wire so there's no way to tell the difference In which is positive by eye. That's a rookie mistake. But then they put red wire to the negative, and white to the positive, and mounted the amplifier flush to the rear seat no room to breathe. Ugly wires ,bad amp location. Over priced and try to sell you boss radios from Walmart. Don't go here.

Save your time & money, completely half ass everything went in the first time because my radio wasn’t working told me he replaced the problem & charged me about a few days go by and the same issue occurs i go back and the guys tells me i need a completely new system i show him my receipt stating thats what i originally came in for gave me some attitude but said he would do it for free since i already paid, should have taken that as my sign but went back once more to get new door speakers.. i paid for 2 sets of door speakers few months go by and they’re blown i go to a different shop where im told that every door speaker was a completely different brand and all my wiring behind my radio was done wrong and just forced back in, save your time & money!
