I was so impressed with the way that the place was ran with personal attention from the manager that I have made a commitment to only use Bear Valley Firestone for not only my tire needs for myself but also my company. COUPLES PARADISE ADULT SUPERSTORE. And my husband, Charles Laughlin , has also made the same decision because of his great experience there We even got a discount just for asking! And we spent over an hour calling everyone in town so we know they were the best!

Been going here for 7+ years and the treatment my husband and I received today was beyond shocking and totally unprofessional to say the least. We came in to discuss an issue we were having with one of our cars that has ONLY been serviced with them. Our goal was to hopefully come up with some sort of resolution and both Brother's were so dismissive and rude and basically told us to sue them. Anyone can make a mistake even after being in business for 30 years, but we were offered nothing but disrespect. I normally don't bother with reviews but this situation today was warranted. So regardless of their 30 years in business these guys don't know everything and appear to be unwilling to address concerns that a customer might have. Or was it just because it was US they have an issue with. What goes around comes back around

John & Terry are the most honest, thorough, & efficient mechanics I've ever had to deal with!👍🏻 They know me by my name & car. They always explain what needs to be done, and why, in layman's terms. Their communication is extremely detailed - so much so that I (as a woman) can understand enough to explain it to someone else. That's why I only go there for my car repairs and oil changes, and why I've only gone there for the past five years! They are also conveniently located, so I can walk home and wait for them to complete the work, or walk to get something to eat. They also have a Firestone credit card, so repairs to my car can be performed without it becoming a financial burden ( or potential safety issue). They genuinely have expressed appreciation for my business. I'll keep coming back here even if I move across town. Happy customer 5 years and counting!!🥰

Came in due to a flat on our way to Vegas. The service was less then 20min. Staff was super friendly and helpful. So glad they were open on a Sunday.

Beyond rude. Cut me off mid sentence saying they don’t service my make and model with a very snobby tone and attitude. Interesting to say the least.
