America's Tire

I love this place. The workers are very professional, communicative and provide excellent service. As a woman going in to get service I’ve never felt like they take advantage of the lack of knowledge. It’s refreshing to have a place I feel comfortable going into for service and not feel like I will be charged an arm and a leg . Thank you for your great customer service

Took my 2023 Kia E6 into America's Tires because of a "slow leak" in one of my tires. The sales guy came out to inspect and said I had a nail in the tire and that it was to close to the side wall and could not be repaired. (expected this) He did not have that particular tire in stock and said I needed all new tires anyways and wanted to sell me a whole new set of tires. (expected this) The tires are in really good shape as you will see (see attached picture). This guy was very pushy on selling me a whole new set. I told him nicely that I was going to take the car elsewhere. (Here's what upset me) I decided to get in the line to get some air in that tire before I left to be able to make it home. The sales guy I spoke with saw me in line to get air and went over to the guy filling the tires and pointed at my car, he must have told him to NOT put air in my tire because when I got up there the guy told me, sorry I can't put air in your tire. I asked him why and he said it was to low. The tire had 17 lbs of pressure. After waiting in that long line to be told that really upset me. I will never go to America's Tire on Mariposa in Victorville EVER again ! P.S. went to another tire shop on Palmdale who patched it and said it was two inches away from the side wall and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Thanks to Paisano's Tires !

I would like to thank America's Tire. On 11/26/24 the tire sensor light came on, just 2 day after I bought 4 new tires. So I took the car back to America's Tire, and the tire valve was loose. Long story short America's Tire replaced the valve, the sensor and replaced the tire. America's Tire customer service is second to none. Its been 2 days since I went in (10/14 2:11pm) as my tire was not retaining air. Collin R A. helped me get back on the road with ease of mind. The team provided excellent service and finished my tire before the appointed time and for FREE. Customer service like Collin's is why I prefer America's tires, even over my dealership. These are the worse tires I have ever had. This place is only about in and out service and the money. I pay about the sane amount at my regular tire shop in Pasadena but they have better quality tire. I should have waited but I didn't feel like traveling from Victorville to Pasadena that day but boy did I make a mistake buying my tires from America Tires. They were suppose to have a better drive I was told if I spend a little more money. That was all but the truth they ride ruff and have a noise. I have only had them a month yet they look like I had them for years I believe these tires are not new they alway have a excuse for everything. I will NEVER EVER EVER do business with this place again. They are not right sitting in the lobby I heard nothing but complaints from customers I knew then I ha e came to the wrong place. If I were you make sure of what your getting I am a woman and believe me they felt my presence before I left there I was very disappointed!!!

I found my new tire and alignment place. They have competitive pricing on very good tires and great customer service. The manager had to help me due to how busy they were and he was great, awesome sense of humor with great customer service skills. My vehicle was done almost exactly when they estimated it would be also and drives fantastic. Would definitely recommend setting an appointment, they are quite busy as they should be for the great service provided.

For a score of years, I've exceptional attention and fair, reputable experiences from America's Tire. Another tire dealer in Hesperia falsely represented themselves as America's Tire. Don't be fooled.

Stopped in for a tire pressure check as my low pressure indicator came on in my van. Long line but went quickly. A gentleman named Art assisted me and filled my tires quickly and efficiently. Art gave me some advice on my tires, rotation, and alignment. He was quite knowledgeable and friendly. Believe me, I was very appreciative of all who have to work outside in the heat or cold elements! All in all an exceptional experience. I definitely recommend. Thank you!
