Solon Collision - Now in Aurora

I am highly satisfied from start to finish with Solon Collision. They kept us updated throughout the process of our auto repairs. I would definitely use Solon Collision again whether it’s for an auto claim or for personal issues.

Poor customer service. They made additional repairs to my vehicle without my consent. Then they tried to charge me an additional $500 something dollars. Kept my car until they worked out whatever with insurance company. Never shall I return.

Someone had hit the front bumper area on the passenger's side of my new car. Solon Collision was highly recommended by my insurance carrier, and I know why. They made the entire stressful process less stressful. From getting an estimate, to ordering parts, coordinating and accommodating schedules, Shelby and her staff were truly awesome! I was kept informed throughout the process. The technician did an amazing job on my car. I am very pleased!

From the moment I contacted them until I picked up my car after the work was complete, this was an excellent experience! The customer support team was terrific, and the folks who repaired my car were awesome! Great communication, great follow-through and a great repair job… done right the first time! A friendly and knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to be accommodating! I would highly recommend Solon Collision to anyone!

I truly wish I lived closer to this shop and they did mechanical work because I have never found a more honest staff - The office was so clean, welcoming, and Valerie offered me the best customer service during my wait. Took my car to get the frame checked because of some other non-collision related issues. It ended being fine on the measurements, meaning I had to take my car to my home dealership because of some specific parts that needed inspection. Although Colt verified my frame was in tact as asked, his extra guidance on what my next steps could be was nothing short of extraordinary. Most shops do not go the extra mile to ensure their customers are heading in the right direction with repairs even if they themselves can not fix it, but Colt looked on me with compassion and ensured I walked away from my appointment with the right information, advice, and a peace of mind. He is truly an honest, trustworthy, and one of a kind guy (something lacking in many auto shops and the industry today). God forbid I ever need collision services, but I know where I would go or recommend to others and that would be Solon Collision.

The people at Solon Collision worked very hard to put our back together after it was rear ended. It is a 2011 Lincoln so they had to search nationally for the body parts needed to put our car back together. Our MKS has just over 70,000 after all these years. It has been well cared for since the day it was bought. The folks at Solon Collision used that same level of detail to make our MKS look and drive like new. I would recommend Solon Collision to anyone needing their car repaired.
