Changed the Nox Sensor for 2200$ and check engine came on in 30 miles! The code was for def pump! Good guys but price , and my opinion is in this cases better to take a tow truck on go to dealer! At the end will be same price!!!

Horrible service. Our semi truck broke down in Laramie and we called this shop that requested we tow the truck to their shop. On towing the truck we were told that they don't have a shop and we were to tow it to residential address. Our truck broke down on October 24th and the shop did not get us an estimate for the repair till Oct 31st and this is after multiple unanswered calls. The quote was $7376.78 and we decided that we would rather tow our truck home and repair it probably at a lower cost. We communicated this to the shop but they ignored our calls so we had to call the local police for them to respond. We asked for an invoice of the diagnosis and on November 14th they finally sent an invoice for $1727.80 for just diagnosis. We have been to multiple shops and usually diagnosis is about $200 so $1727.80 was outrageous. We called the shop and they said that is how much we owed and finally we had to pay them $1500 to get our truck towed. The shop had agreed to help us load the truck but when the driver showed up they said they wouldn't. We had to pay another $650 to have a tow truck load our truck. We just paid to get out of their space. We have been to several shops to repair our trucks but we have never seen a shop that is so disorganized, has horrible communication and they are definitely out to milk as much money as they can from you. DO NOT TAKE YOU TRUCK TO THIS SHOP. The worst and most expensive service we have had in all the years we have been in business.

Highly recommend for RV service. We had a blown radiator hose on our RV. We called numerous places and they told us they were too busy to help us. We finally connected with Snowy Range and were so happy and relieved with their attention and service. When we called, the owner said he would send his service team to help us within an hour. When they arrived, the team of Ricky and Leo were professional, reassuring, knowageable, polite and competent. They had the tools and parts needed to fix our problem and get us back on the road. The price was very reasonably. Once again, we would highly recommend their service. Thank you again to Ricky, Leo and the owner!

These guys are unprofessional and irrational at the same time,it took them 3 days just to do a replacement on my air filter,they don't accept electronic payments only cash. They are exploiters and If u happen to breakdown around WY ...u are better of using loves or TA. I do not recommend these guys at all. They suck and over charge .

Got me in and out in one day with a full on radiator swap, actually less then that literally hours something that would have taken anywhere else at least a day, these guys killed it in hour super happy with this, highly recommended.
