Been using this Walmart auto center since it opened 24 years ago, but I have to say the crew working there over the past year is the best Ive ever encountered at any Walmart auto center (Ive used at least 6 others). Friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to please. Ive always been happy with their work on tires as well as oil changes, and their labor costs for mounting and balancing have not gotten out of control like some of the competing "chain" shops here in Laramie. You can still get out of Walmart for around $20 labor per wheel.

They are my favorite people to go to when my tire needs air. I have gotten. Oil changes and new tires from them also. I do recommend making an appointment. They maybe super busy for walk-ins.

Unfortunately had a tire experience this weekend that aligns with the other 1-star tire-related ratings. Showed up needing a tire patched, was told no issues/they'd take of it, left the car, over an hour later was told they couldn't work on the car/tire, and picked up my car only to find it shake at highway speed even though they "didn't do anything to the car" and even though I drove the car 120 miles previously that day with zero shaking issues. If you need tire work, go somewhere else. If you need tire work on a Sunday, drive to Cheyenne.

I really like this place and service when you actually can take your car there. The employees are nice and knowgeable enough to take care of your basic needs. I personally like the quality of service and products like the car batteries and tires for my car. In my opinion, they need to either hire more employees or extend the hours because sometimes it is almost impossible to have an appointment when you can make it or need it. The place is clean, and it has an area where you can sit. Overall it is a good store.

Driving from SLC to Denver on a Sunday. Delayed by a flat tire. Only place open was this Walmart. Raced down. Was told it could be up to a two hour wait. Techs were very friendly and professional. I was on the road with two new tires within an hour. (Flat was not repairable) They definitely saved my rear.
