Toyota of Laramie Service

Needed a oil change for our Lexus and the nearest Lexus dealership is 1.5 hours away in Colorado. As all Lexus share the same powertrain as Toyota we had them serviced our Lexus. Toyota of Laramie did a great job and the prices were very reasonable. The service adviser was kind and welcoming. They didn't pressure us to buy other unnecessary service. As a note this dealership does a lot of fundraiser for the community. They support the local police department and high school. We like that they care about the community and will definitely recommend this dealership.

Our Prius had a weird noise coming from engine, so we had it towed to this service center to get it diagnosed. Unfortunately our car engine is done and can't be fixed, the service was excellent. The staff drove me, my wife, my baby, dog, and 2 cats to our motel.

Took my Elanta on a camping trip and had dash issues. Received excellent custom service from Zack who helped me fix the issue. Thank you so much you saved me a ton of headache!

We spent $3,340 on service for our 2009 Highlander in the last 4 months, all fluids 30 pt inspection, brakes, etc. They neglected to tell us about a high pressure oil line that was known to blow on this model. I was going 80+ in left lane on I25 and the car made a horrible shrieking sound and shut off. Luckily I could coast to the shoulder. All oil blew out and covered the back wind shield. Engine was shredded. I called Toyota service manager, and he said they couldn't possibly point out all parts that would fail, except this was a know problem!! I asked if we could get a partial refund on our service, since our car was now worth only $500. He said "we are in business to make money". Ironically we had an appointment to do front suspension that would have cost $1,800! BEWARE!!

With the help of the service advisors, manager and their collaboration with the parts department manager. Their master mechanic Clint has been able to help me execute my goal of restoring a 99 Prelude. Despite the mechanics opinon of my taste in vehicles lol he always gets things done. The quality of work shows...Thank you Toyota of Laramie service! Thank you Corey, Clint, Jamie, Jacob and Erica! Yes I'm an employee but I choose to be your customer.
