The service department is horrible. My brand new jeep has a water leak, the first time i made the appointment the service desk girl told me i don't need a loaner and it would be a quick appointment. Which was incorrect those kinds of appointments take all day. I honestly i was so mean to the service agent, who was a very nice guy but come on these kinds of things shouldn't be happening. I even spoke to the operations manager Dan who is a total waste. I still have the same issue with my truck, i filled out one those request an service appointment on the website and a girl called me back on 3/11/24, scheduled me for a thursday in april. I couldnt remember the exact date so i called the dealership to find out, and the girl who answered states she has no appointment for me. The proceeds to tell me to transfer me to Dan's voicemail. I can't even get anyone to answer the phone to schedule anything. No other dealership near me will take it due to issue being a water leak.

I actually like this service center. However, not a big fan of the misled posted service hours. Online and on the door of the dealership, states 5 PM to 5:30 PM closing time however I was verbally told that they close at 3 PM to 3:30 PM when I arrived at 4:30Pm. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Just a heads up to plan accordingly.

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR BUY USED CARS.. when they rope you in on BUYING EXTENDED WARRANTIES — THEY BACK DAY YOUR WARRANTIES TO PRE CERTIFIED MANUFACTURE WARRANTY - SO YOU LOSE A YEAR OF WARRANTY.. EXAMPLE YOU BIY CAR TODAY 9/12/2022 WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY IT BACK DATES TO 9/12/2021.. IT HAPPENED TO ME !! ( the best part the finance guy tells you the only way the bank will approve this loan is if get the extended warranty - that’s FALSE ) I WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN - SCAMMERS !! BESIDES YOU HAVE TO WAIT OVER A MONTH FOR SERVICE APPOINTMENT-
