We were referred to Shirleys and due to the fact that we live in our Motorhome, we set up an appointment months in advance and checked in almost weekly to make sure we could have the work done on November 5th. We called on the Friday before and were assured that we were in fact, on the calender and they were ready for us. We broke down our 36 foot Motorhome and arrived at 9 am to find Don, a nice man there and confused about why we were. He called the owner who was having tests and the owner said he could get it done today. We heard nothing, so at 4:30, we called and said we were going to pick it up as it is our home, and the woman said it hadn't been worked on. AND they never bothered to even call us! After months of reassurances and confirmation, they simply didn't do it OR call us!
