My husband and I went to dinner at Sukura and came out after a great dinner to a dead battery. We asked a man to jump us and it wouldn’t crank. I called advance and Joey.B answered the phone. I told him my situation he said hold on let me ask my manager something. He got back on the phone and got approval from Kimberly to come pick us up and buy the battery and take us back to our car. He installed the new battery and the vehicle cranked. We are so thankful for this team going above and beyond to help their clients. They could have just told us that they were closing in 15 min and wouldn’t be able to help, but they didn’t. We were able to get back on the road and make it safely home back to Clayton. Thank you advance team for shining some light into a strangers life. The world needs more people like y’all!

Will conversing with the clerk on my needs, they answer the phone. instead of telling them, please hold because they were taking care of a customer. they proceeded to go into a conversation. and then decided to make a secondary call based on that phone call oh while I'm standing there looking for another 15 seconds of their time to get the answer I needed. hey guys, that's not how you treat a customer, I won't be back

This location is a 50/50 when it comes to service. Nasty looking employees, chewing food like a cow at the front desk, you may have to wait for someone to notice you. I asked for assistance, due a leg injury, for someone to check my oil. The guy wasn't polite at all & didn't know where the stick was to check the oil.
