Scheduling was easy. Maintenance service was done on time. It’s always a wonderful experience. Sometimes I have to ask to get a car wash but it depends on how busy they are and the weather. I especially like how everything is marked in green/yellow/red, that makes it a lot easier for me to understand and remember what needs to be done next time.

Not great. The same day I got my car serviced I received two separate brochures with coupons from the dealership for the services I had done that day. They refused to apply them to my charges - all they would have to do is put the difference back on the credit card. Such a simple request - they did not have a reasonable explanation which was kind of surprising. I will go back for warranty items but nothing else.

Had a great experience with Collin’s and the rest of the crew. They sent me pictures and videos before I even decided to make the 600 mile trip and gave me all the info I needed. They did let me know of extra warranties and equipment that was available, but weren’t pushy when I said I didn’t want anything else. When I arrived the vehicle was clean and ready for me to drive. It was all in tip top shape and exactly as described. 10/10 would recommend here based on my experience before, during, and after.

One week ago I made the appointment for my Subaru to be serviced at Rochester Subaru. I arrived with my Subaru today 15 minutes before my 9:30 appointment. 6 hours later, at 3:30, they had not even begun to service my vehicle! I was told they were “backed up”. I needed my vehicle, so left with my vehicle not serviced and my day pretty much wasted. If they were so backed up, they should have been up front with me right away and just said they could not accommodate me today.
