Drove from Winona Minnesota to Rochester MN Went to pick up a truck that we purchased last week .We were told to pick it up today Friday May 16th. Running boards and tonneau cover had not been installed detailing was not done. Dog hair remaining from previous owner. when we arrived to pick up. We were informed the tonneau cover was on back order. Our truck was not detailed and the running boards won't be installed get on until sometime later today. Disappointed 鈽癸笍 A trip wasted. However the check was cashed paid in full. Feeling irritated 馃槫馃槨 and my time is valuable also.

Don't bring your vehicle here because they'll qoute you $80 and then when you get here to pay it they'll raise it another $100. And then the lying guy at the desk says he didn't say that and check you in when he was!!! This place is a joke!!!! Your response doesn't change the fact that your employee LIED straight to me and my BROTHER'S face now does it?????

My service person was really great, she was pretty smart and knew car stuff. Unfortunately my auto window down/up button stopped working since my battery died when it was working for the past 10 years and even worked when my battery died 3 times in the past because Prius accessory batteries are so terrible and small. Anyway, the service was all right though one time my battery died 2 or 3 years ago, I got it into this Toyota dealership in Rochester mn, I said hey I need a new battery and the Toyota service person guy said they ran diagnostics and everything was fine, no new battery needed. Then the battery died again overnight and then they said I needed a new battery and I was like o rly? The new battery I said I needed and you said I didn't need, I actually needed a new battery after all? Thanks guys. The explanation he gave was oh the diagnostic said you were good tho. Anyway you guys charge a lot for battery replacements that only last 2 years, what kind of crappy battery are you using that cost over $400 with labor and some tacked on diagnostic charge for $100 when we know your diagnostics isn't reliable and was 100% wrong in the past? Should be free man given the track record of throwing off incorrect information. But I do appreciate that you don't push the $1500 oil leak thing but it's misleading to tell customers that it's a critical repair give me a break and save your $1500

I will try to make this short and sweet.... Had some issues with a 4Runner I had purchased at a dealership in Milwaukee....from the get-go... That's a long story in and of itself.... That is on the dealership in Milwaukee not Rochester..... And yes I did not get great news on a rust perforation guarantee on it here in Rochester.... I was in a BAD accident earlier this week..... Someone failed to yield for me at a stop sign... my 4Runner was totaled.... Thankful my injuries were not worse after seeing the other truck as well.. Did not grasp the severity of the accident as I was in shock after it happened ... Until I went to where they towed it to and got a good look at my 4Runner........ Had phone calls to make talking to the police ..... A lot of distractions at the accident scene ...Thankful I walked away as well as I did馃檹馃檹 I went in to look for a new vehicle tonight... They stayed late for me and helped me greatly... I am very appreciative 鉂わ笍... Because of my situation and insurance process. . ... I am very thankful for their understanding and help 馃檹And I PRAY my experience with my new vehicle is going to be better than the last 馃檹馃檹馃檹..... I am very thankful for all the help tonight!!!
