FleetPride Introduce

Located at 3625 Commercial Dr SW, Rochester, MN 55902, USA, **FleetPride** stands as a prominent "Auto Repair Station" and a major distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts. Unlike typical auto repair shops that cater to passenger vehicles, FleetPride's specialization lies in serving the commercial trucking industry, including owner-operators, fleet managers, and repair facilities. They provide an extensive inventory of parts and comprehensive service solutions designed to keep heavy-duty vehicles, from Class 6 to Class 8 trucks and trailers, operational and compliant. As part of a nationwide network with numerous retail branches and service centers across the United States, the Rochester location benefits from a vast inventory and a broad range of capabilities.

The **services** offered at FleetPride in Rochester are extensive and tailored to the unique needs of heavy-duty vehicles. These include, but are not limited to, general truck and trailer repair, scheduled maintenance, diagnostic services, brake and wheel-end services, driveline repair and rebuilding, and hydraulic services (including assembly of hydraulic hoses and hydraulic cylinder repair). They also perform critical services such as DOT inspections, DPF/DOC service, electrical system repairs, engine code diagnostics, exhaust system work, and clutch removal/replacement. For trailers, they offer liftgate repair/replacement and overhead door services. This wide array of services positions FleetPride as a comprehensive solution provider for most heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

In addition to services, FleetPride is a significant supplier of **heavy-duty truck and trailer parts**. Their inventory is vast, encompassing a wide range of components from various brands, as well as their own private labels like OTR (Over the Road) and HD Value. This means customers can find everything from engine components, brake parts, and suspension elements to electrical parts and hydraulic filters. Their national distribution network ensures that even less common or specialized parts can be sourced efficiently, minimizing downtime for commercial vehicles.

The **environment** at FleetPride Rochester is geared towards efficiency and functionality, typical of a commercial vehicle service center. It is an industrial setting, equipped to handle large vehicles and the specialized tools required for heavy-duty repairs. While details about customer waiting areas are not provided, the focus is clearly on the service bays and the parts counter, where a substantial inventory is managed. The atmosphere is likely busy and practical, serving a clientele that prioritizes quick and effective solutions to keep their fleets running. The working environment, as described in job postings for positions like "Service Writer," can be characterized by "Inside/Outside Conditions, Varied Temperature Changes, minimal chemical hazards, vibration, dust and vehicle noise," indicating a robust industrial setting.

The **features** that define FleetPride include its extensive network, comprehensive service offerings, and vast parts inventory. Their ability to handle a wide range of heavy-duty truck and trailer issues, from routine maintenance to complex driveline or hydraulic system repairs, is a significant advantage. The presence of skilled technicians capable of diagnosing and addressing problems for "ALL MAKES AND MODELS" of heavy-duty vehicles underscores their versatility. Furthermore, the availability of a nationwide parts and labor warranty provides customers with added peace of mind, a crucial factor in the commercial vehicle sector where reliability is paramount.

Customer experiences with FleetPride in Rochester can be quite varied, reflecting the complex nature of heavy-duty vehicle repair and parts sourcing. One customer provided a very positive review, highlighting the rapid service they received for a blown hydraulic line. They commended the staff, including "the one gal," for fixing the issue in just 30 minutes, expressing their gratitude for the helpfulness of the team. This demonstrates FleetPride's capability for quick, effective interventions, especially for critical, time-sensitive repairs.

However, another customer shared a highly negative experience concerning a drive shaft order. This individual brought in the old shaft for comparison, yet the ordered part was 18 inches too long. The customer felt "scammed" after being charged $200 for shipping and time, asserting that the discrepancy should have been immediately apparent given that the original part was on hand and dimensions were on the invoice. This incident points to potential challenges in order accuracy or internal processes, and a perceived lack of accountability or consideration for the customer's perspective. It underscores the importance of double-checking specifications, even when relying on computer systems, especially when a physical sample is available.

In terms of **promotional information**, FleetPride emphasizes its role as the "largest independent all-makes heavy duty distributor" and "the nation's LARGEST HEAVY DUTY AFTERMARKET FULL-SERVICE PROVIDER." They highlight their vast inventory (over 1 million heavy-duty truck and trailer parts), their national footprint, and their commitment to keeping customers "Ready for the Road Ahead™." While specific local promotions are not mentioned, their overall marketing message focuses on reliability, efficiency, and comprehensive solutions for heavy-duty vehicle operators. The value proposition includes minimizing downtime, competitive rates, faster turnaround times, and a nationwide warranty. Customers can reach them at (507) 288-4088 or +1 507-288-4088 for parts and service inquiries.

In conclusion, FleetPride in Rochester, MN, serves as a crucial resource within the "Auto Repair Stations" category for the heavy-duty trucking and commercial vehicle industry. They offer a broad spectrum of repair and maintenance services alongside an extensive inventory of parts. While they demonstrate the capability for quick and effective service, as evidenced by positive hydraulic line repair experience, there have also been instances where precision in parts ordering and customer communication have been points of concern. Nonetheless, their comprehensive offerings and national backing make them a significant player in supporting the operational needs of commercial fleets and independent truck owners in the region.

Blew a hydro line, came to these guys and the one gal and they had me fixed in 30 mins. Thanks again! Very helpful!

I ordered a drive shaft for a f350 and brought the old shaft along. The shaft that came was 18 inches to long. They made me pay $200 for the shipping and for there time. What bothers me as they said that's what the computer told them to order when they had the old part in there hands and it should have stuck out immediately that the one they ordered was to long as the dimensions where on the invoice. I feel I got scammed because someone didn't use a tape measure B4 ordering

Needed some brake and tail lamps for a custom flatbed project. The gentleman at the counter new exactly what I was talking about and quickly grabbed the lights and wiring harness I needed. He also searched online for a template to drill the correct holes for mounting. Good service

The experience i have had with the counter guys has been pretty good, they arent thee most knowledgeable guys, but they arent stupid either. The display area for products is pretty limited, but the in stock shelves are a fair portion of the location, and of course the repair bays take up the most real estate in the building. Overall a good experience for big truck parts, stop in its worth a look if your in need of big truck service and maintenance parts in this area
