Ben was great to work with in service. Had a somewhat complex problem and it took several days to work through it. Ben made sure the problem was documented, the shop tech and Ben worked with GM to get to the bottom of it, they kept me informed of the progress, and it was all fixed and my vehicle is back to normal. They provided a loaner for the time it was in, so the inconvenience was minimal. I appreciate the good people at GMC of Rochester, always friendly and professional.
