Had to call in 5 times to get an appointment made. I was initially told the repair would take 2 days, then was told at least 8 days when I dropped off the car. I was told I would have a loner car to pick up within 3 days. They gave the loaner car to another customer...

I hit a deer and did some pretty decent damage to my front end. Fenders and all. I worked with Linda Easler who kept me informed every step of the way. Can’t thank her enough. As for the work done, amazing. I’ve had body shops work on other vehicles in the past and nothing compared to the work Craig did. I couldn’t believe the seems lined up flawlessly. Anyways they did awesome. Thanks y’all.
