I have had issues with my Buick’s tire and sensors ever since using their quick lane service. Asked them to check it during an oil change the following week. They splashed water on it and said there wasn’t a leak (my tire keeps losing 5-10 psi every 3 days). Apparently they can’t check the sensors for it because it’s a Buick… even though they sold us on the fact listed they could service any and all needs for any vehicle sold on their lot. Edit: took it to discount and I seconds the guy showed me where the tire was leaking at the stem. They suspect an old valve wasn’t replaced, but either way I’m still upset with the service I got here. I’m hoping they will fix the mistake tomorrow; but I am still dropping the service account with them after they fix this.

Do not go here. They are incredibly slow - vehicle diagnosis takes three days. How? I brought in my Focus for a parts recall, I had a letter from Ford about the recall, I had a diagnosis sheet from Autozone stating that the part needed to be replaced. After several hours in the shop I contacted my rep to see how things were going and she said my car would be in the shop for about a week- at minimum. Is this a joke? Skip it. Go literally anywhere else.

I have issues with my tire and sensors ever since bringing it in for a service I pay monthly for. Told that they cannot fix the sensor because it’s a Buick. The why do you boast that have the ability to handle any car service when selling them this service?

I have had nothing but a nightmare from the point sale with my new mustang to the service dept. The first sales guy completely ghosted me, the second guy was good, but almost a month after buying the car they said the paperwork still hadn't gone through and that my payments were going to need to be like $1400 a month then magically when I told them to just take the car back and give me my trade the payments dropped lower than we even agreed to in the first place. So sales was trying to rip me off. Every interaction with the service dept has been an absolute nightmare and I've only had the car 8 months oil change, recall, and a tire issue is the only reason it's been in. With my tire I told them the TPMS was bad. They came back and said I had Z rated tires and so you could not patch a flat which I had a tech at the dealership I worked at complete.they also said the patch wasn't holding air. They tried to sell me a $400 tire and said my TPMS was fine. I walked right up to the vehicle and pointed at my tire where it was in fact NOT a Z rated tires! Asked for the service manager at this time who just stood there and said OK the whole time. I then went into the show room to speak to the GM and not much came out of that either. We then took the car straight to ABQ Tire who confirmed that my patch was beautifully done and hold air and that my TPMS was definitely failed. Did the service dept. At Rich even look at my car? We had to come out of pocket for something that should have been covered under warranty! I called the GM back and he said they would reimburse me for the amount spent to replace the TPMS and we have seen nothing! He also promised that the parts and service Director Crystal Switzer would also be reaching out to, she never did! Then this morning ing I got a call from Beyonce (the worst advisor there in my opinion) and as she was mid sentence trying to tell me something about my last visit she hung up the phone and will not answer after I have attempted to call her back 3 times! This place is the absolute worse all the way around! I will never do business with Rich Ford again!

I made a service appointment, showed up early & it turned out they didn't have the part i needed. Why would they book the appointment, if the part wasn't even in stock? The people are really nice, but the company is very poorly run. Customer service is not the priority. I will not be returning.
