Horrible experience! I went to take my car to get an oil change, and fluid top off. My tint was torn off in the process(which caused an obstruction of my view from the rear-view mirror) of my drivers-side window, and no fluids were topped off!. After speaking to the manager of the Service Department for a few minutes, he finally said he would get the tint on my window taken care of, HE NEVER DID ANYTHING! He even ignored my calls, and when he finally answered, he said a check would be sent to me where i could just do it myself, that never happened.I WILL NEVER HAVE MY CAR SERVICED HERE AGAIN!. I cannot believe this terrible service, and to think they service brand new cars here! .
