Very nice clean place. But horrible. Ordered the fin part for the top of my titan because it'd falling off. They forgot. Oil changed seemed messed up. Lug nut was stripped. Front end by nissan is all misaligned nissan won't help. I'll never go to this dealer again ever for anything

I went in to check the right front tire for abnormal wear. I thought have a tie rod end worn or maybe a ball joint. I know most all dealership do more than what you came in for, looking for safety issues, recall issues, etc, but this dealership found other issues with vehicle, but there was no pressure on me to repair anything, and they pulled vehicle back up front and that was it. It was my decision, I knew that the tires were at the wear limits, so I made the decision to replace them and get a alignment done. No problem they took the vehicle back into the shop. I thought it would be more expensive than 4 years ago, but it wasn't. I was totally Surprised. They also fixed the recall. Great place! Polite, curious, friendly kept me updated on repairs. As soon as it was completed, he walked me to the cashers. Of course I'm always looking on for discounts, I asked the cashier about military discount, and they do, she took paperwork back and they did the adjustment and new paperwork. Great again no problem. The ladies were wonderful, polite, made me feel good. Very professional. Thank all of you! I will be back.

I had to wait close to 4 hours at the dealership for an oil change and engine coolant flush. I waited due to past services at other dealerships being thorough and taking a little over an hour. When I booked the appointment online it says the wiper replacements were free $0.00. At the dealership it was a lot more than free. Dissatisfied.

I highly recommend the Fred Martin Nissan on Arlington Road. Their service technicians always have done excellent work on my car. I especially like the way in which services are explained and the fact that I have final say about what work will be completed. I have dealt with other dealerships where employees have spoken to me as though I had no knowledge about my own vehicle, or they have tried to pressure me into having services done. I have never had that happen since I've had my 2017 Rogue and it is appreciated!
