I had my car towed here from Waterloo Transmissions in Akron. They were great there as well. Dom was my service guy he was very communicative and explained everything in a way I could understand. He even sent me a video of what was happening with my car which I thought was very cool and super progressive. I have to add that my car came in end of day on the Thursday before Mother's Day. I was initially told by Sierra that they would not get a chance to look at it until the Monday after...well my car was complete on Friday. I really appreciated all the work these guys put into getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this location as they are quick, honest and efficient. I came to pick up my car and was met by Matt who cashed me out. I also had a chance to meet Dom in person. It's so organized and clean here. These guys are so polite and personable. If I could have given them 10 stars I would have.
