Select German Car Service

I don't typically write reviews unless it's truly warranted, I have two Mercedes Benz's and I'm proud to admit that both go to Select German Car Service. All the guys there, are great people and take pride in their shop which shows in the work they perform. The prices are competitive but what I like is the communication and transparency. For as long as I own my cars, Select German Car Service will always have my business.

Communication was smooth and clear, and they were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. While inspecting our car, they kept us informed with regular updates and provided a detailed, easy-to-understand report on every part of the vehicle—highlighting areas that needed attention and offering recommendations for repairs. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, it would have been easy for them to suggest unnecessary repairs, but instead, they were transparent and honest, saving us from potentially costly fixes. We were super happy and will definitely return for all future repairs and maintenance. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with this car service! I reached out for a quote for an oil change, and they provided a fast, thorough response. The team conducted a detailed inspection and highlighted key issues in a report that I could access on my phone. The staff was professional. I will definitely be returning for future needs!

Great service and communication. Definately not cheap but they know their vehicles and are car enthusiasts. Replaced my slave/master clutch cylinders in my 335i quickly. Trust is hard to come by and these guys have mine.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I can tell you one thing for sure, every single person who works here seems to love and know cars with a passion! I’ve always taken my Audi A7 to the dealer, but after coming here, I’ll never go back. They were incredibly kind, honest, and patient, taking the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. For the first time in my life I didn’t feel intimidated or stupid in this setting. What really stood out was their transparency. They laid out all my options, gave me detailed quotes, and answered all of my questions. It’s rare to find mechanics who are not only experts but also genuinely care about their customers. The second time I was there, I was waiting in the lobby and I watched 4 different customers come in and thanked them profusely for their service. Every employee that walked past me while I waited said hello and offered me coffee and water and gave me some delicious chocolate :) I also watched a few of the employees run out and help a delivery person carry some boxes in without being asked and I believe genuine kind people are kind in all aspects of their life. I’ve shared this business with all my friends and family. Trust me—coming from a girl who used to overpay at the dealer just to avoid the dreaded task of finding a reliable shop—don’t even think twice. This is the best place you can take your car.
