I have been here on 3 occasions. New battery and installation and two separate oil changes. I feel my car received excellent service by elderly mechanics that were clearly experienced and have been doing car repair forever. Their pricing is standard to what everything is nowadays. I am going to contact them about changing the transmission fluid in a sealed - closed box system and differential fluid.

We had a failed smog check, and had the repairs done at Andy's Auto Repair. He was able to help us right away. Which we we're able to pass our smog check. Thank you!

I was referred to this mechanic by a co-worker. I have been going to him for everything. Recently, I called to see if he could look at my car. He told me to drop it off tomorrow. I told him I would need to drop it off before work. I had to get a ride from mechanic to work and back. I left my car for 8 hours and when I dropped by to get my car, he told me, they didn't have time. I asked the day before if I could drop it off, dropped it off for 8 hours and he didn't have time to look at it. A complete waste of an hour going back and forth with NO CAR. He told me to leave it and he MIGHT be able to look. I live too far to leave my car, so sadly left without even getting it looked at or fixed. I have gone to him many times, but it only takes that one time to ruin the experience and trust. I'll be shopping for a new mechanic that has time. Good guy, just not reliable to look at my car when I drop it off.

I usually go here for an oil change because they get it done fast, which is good, but decided my tires were due for a tire rotation and first time ever get it done here, and Andy was the person to do the tire rotation, he removed my wheel and literally threw the wheel down on its back and made such a loud noise when he could’ve just spend the extra 2 seconds laying it down nice and carefully, this guy doesn’t care about other peoples valuables clearly, mind you these wheels were $3500. I’d steer clear away from this place, and take your business somewhere else.

I was referred to this place and called ahead to schedule an oil change. When I arrived, they asked me to drive around and come back in 30 minutes so they could take their lunch break. It would have been helpful if they had mentioned this when I called, saving me the time and inconvenience. Disappointed with the lack of communication.
