The crew here is always great. Anyone who has a problem is probably being disrespectful and unkind. Being kind to people goes a long way. The crew here is never pushy, they just give information and recommendations. We have been bringing our 4 vehicles here for years now. The prices are always reasonable and much less expensive than others in the area.

first of all, I want to give this auto shop 10 more stars for the review. secondly, I want to say that as a young woman in an emergency vehicle situation, the gentlemen that helped me at Family Auto Service could not have been better. Omar was the first person to assist me as a walk-in on a Saturday morning. he took a look at my van, gave me a quick idea of what might be wrong, and got me seen right away. Taylor was who worked on my van and was extremely patient, kind, and detailed when he described what was going on. Tate was not only an exceptional communicator with other clients, but was very kind, friendly, and attentive to me during my visit. I know this is not the experience of everyone in these situations, so I'm hoping to spread the news that these men are exceptionally professional and competent at what they do. This was an ideal experience in so many ways - I can't thank them enough :)

My company brings in their fleet vans here and they always do such a great job. I was having some car troubles of my own so I decided to come in. They found some pretty surprising stuff and it's was seriously a mystery how my car was still driving as well as it was. I thought it was going to be just some new tires and a wheel balance, turned out I needed a LOT more done that was absolutely necessary. They're not the type to over explain to a woman just to scare her into overpaying. They explained exactly what was needed and even had amazing discounts available to help with the unexpected costs. I don't know many other shops that would help someone out like they did for me.

This is my first time leaving a review for any place, but I had to share my experience. I was in the area looking to buy a car and needed a repair shop for a pre-purchase inspection. After calling about 10 shops, I kept getting turned down because their schedules were full or they were closing soon. As a last hope, I called this shop, and even though they were about to close, they told me to bring the car in. The shop officially closes at 6 PM, and I arrived at 5:20 PM. Despite the late hour, three team members inspected the car thoroughly. They found major issues that I wouldn’t have noticed otherwise, saving me from making a costly mistake. Their honesty and dedication saved me thousands of dollars. I highly, highly recommend this shop for their exceptional service and integrity. They truly go above and beyond for their customers!

Brian and team did an awesome job on my car. Brian identified the issue right away. Prior to bringing my car to the family auto, I had been to 2-3 places, no one could gave me the correct info on the issue and all were trying to get to rip you off but these guys are awesome, very knowledgeable, know their work with a great customer service. I would highly recommend family auto with your auto repairs. Great customer service, trust worthy and reasonable pricing.

Service Performed: 5 Communication: 5 Customer Service: 5 Speed of Service: 5 Transparency: 5 Brought my car in after speaking with Mike on the phone about a coolant leak on my 2012 Ford Focus. Overall my experience with Family Auto Service was excellent. I’d spoken with other mechanics shops and was being quoted ridiculously high prices just for a diagnostic of the existing leak. Mike was able to explain to me very simply and clearly what would be needed (a $65 pressure test) to diagnose the issue. Got there and was greeted with a smile by another employee (despite him being in a challenging phone call at the time). Once Mike came in the front office he remembered me from our calls and got my information quickly into the system then proceeded to offer me coffee or water and a shuttle/Uber back home so I didn’t have to wait there for the diagnosis (~2hrs). The shuttle service was great too very efficient. Mike called throughout the afternoon and ultimately let me know the source of the issue was determined, what would need to be replaced, and that they could get to it that day if I wanted him to order the parts. The cost was going to be about $1600 for the fix (prices of parts have risen due to tariffs) but I didn’t feel pressured by Mike at all. He explained and gave me ample time to think about it and call back to say “go ahead”. The fix was completed by the next morning. Got a call from Mike around 10am the next day, shuttle service was scheduled, I was picked up within 10mins and transported to the shop. I was greeted with a smile again. Mike checked me out and brought me outside to the car to show me what was fixed and how replaced under the hood. Family Auto Service WILL my mechanic going forward. I wish them all the best and continued success and safety! Thank you Family Auto for making this “not so fun” situation (car trouble) a great experience!

Went to have my brakes changed cause I heard them squeaking. So I figured I needed new brakes. I go buy them and take them to get changed. 500.00 dollars later, after they were done . The mechanic said "ur brakes still had life on them . And said u need new rotors. So 500.00 out the drain for brand new brakes , when the problem was my rotors. I wish the mechanic would of gave me the heads up first after taking off my wheel and gave me a heads up on my rotors. Now I need new rotors.. 😩 meanwhile my car already starting to squeek.
