This was my a go to shop but not anymore. About 2.5 month ago after installing a brand new tires (which costed me $1700+) on my Tesla model y performance I’ve came to this shop to do an alignment. I’ve paid extra for the “exotic vehicle” alignment, which is whatever but this is how my tires look after 2.5 month of driving. All 4 tires are done, they didn’t even lasted 8k miles. This was not the first time I’ve had not the best experience with the alignment at this shop but I’ve decided to give them a second chance, which ended up being a very expensive one for me. So if you need proper alignment this is definitely NOT the place to go.

Never again! I wasted two hours driving through traffic today due to unacceptable and avoidable mistakes. This morning, I called to get the pricing for a pair of Michelin tires. I was provided a competitive price and additional services I requested. I was assured that the tires were in stock and ready for installation. Based on this, I canceled my previous appointment and scheduled one here, trusting the information I was given. After rushing to leave work, I picked up my car from the dealership and battled heavy traffic on the 805 and surrounding areas to get to San Diego Tires. Upon arrival, I informed the staff that I was ready for the installation and alignment. I also asked to see the tires to confirm they matched my rear ones. After waiting 15 minutes, I was told they didn’t have the tires in stock and would need to reschedule my appointment. I was furious. This entire situation could have been avoided if the staff had verified their inventory earlier that morning instead of blaming a "software issue." This experience was completely unacceptable, and I’ll be sharing it with my colleagues at the bank to ensure they avoid this establishment in the future.

Big shoutout to the team at this SD T&W outlet!!! This place literally saved our trip. In town for a short stop near UCSD and was planning to leave town within 2 hours. One of the wheels registered a low air pressure warning at 4:45 pm on Friday and scrambled to fine a repair shop near by (which doesn’t close at 5 pm on Friday). We called before heading over and they okayed to arrive in 15-min. They found a nail and took it out immediately and plugged it then put the air. We’re off to go. They didn’t spent much time on this repair work, so didn’t charge us!!! They simply saved our trip. Thank you SD Tires & Wheels Outlet. We will definitely recommend all our SD friends & locals.

This place will give you a different deal online and when you show up they will not honor it. When I showed up they increased what we agreed to online by $400. They also tried to keep my old wheels and tires, as well as my almost-new spacers. When I asked for them back they started acting super shady and gave me attitude. Will never go back.

Just a great overall experience each time I go in. Need racing tires next day? No problem, they got em. Want a custom alignment? No problem. Want to talk cars with someone while they work on yours? No problem. And to ice the cake, The Office is always playing on the TV. The front desk is more than willing to help you get it done and the guys in the shop always have a positive attitude. The guy’s in red next door just can’t compete in my opinion. Update: Still my favorite place.

I had a blowout on the freeway and needed a new tire fast. They were very helpful and got me right in when the tow truck dropped me off. Great price and service. Thank you guys, I really appreciate it, you made a hard day a lot better.

Walk into the shop. Not 1 customer..3 boys sitting around doing nothing. 1-2 men in the shop working. 2 racks open. Needed 1 brand new tire. Asked for 20 mins. The boy said, I don't wanna make you late. Basically didn't want my business 100%. Typical boys in today's world. Lazy. I did let them know i can do it by myself in 10 mins. I mean 3 boys doing nothing. Can't grab a jack and do some work. Hopefully the men in the shop get paid that are actually working/making the company money. Hats off to those Men. Boys in the office, keep eating that soy. Appreciate the work the work in the past. Have a large fleet of vehicles and the boys behind the desk. Zero customer care. They have 4.6 stars. What do I know. Just one bad experience doesn't mean this place is a total flop. Just the 3 boys in front on this day. Definitely get the big # 1 on this day. We'll deserved 👏

Can't say enough good things about this shop. They were able to fit me in same day for an alignment and knocked it out in about 30 minutes. They let me know my tires needed to be replaced soon and gave me plenty of options while not being salesy or pushy. Really appreciate honest solid service. Thanks guys!
