Sprinter Mobile Care

I’m so sad my Sprinter broke down. But I’m so happy I came across Vitalii at Sprinter Mobile Care. I towed my car to him without even seeing his shop. But I read so many good reviews online and in forums that I felt safe having my van there. My intuition paid off! He was super friendly and sent me text messaging throughout the whole repair, giving me updates and offering me many options and prices. He wasn’t pushy or forceful with any upsells. I’m very pleased with the interaction and the work. I would definitely return (but hopefully no time soon🤣).

Bought my Sprinter from Vitalli a little over a year ago. Highly recommend!! I've since gone back a couple of times to have him check on a few things whenever I'm in the area. He's exceedingly straight forward and fair. Never an unnecessary upsell or high pressure push. Wish I could find a Vitali in Nor Cal!

Vitaly helped us out in an emergency situation - and we can highly recommend him and his team. Our harmonic balancer broke, and he was willing to remove it on Wednesday late afternoon before the Thanksgiving holiday. He did not even charge for it (granted it took him 5' but still!). He then agreed to work on the Thanksgiving Friday morning to install a new harmonic balancer - and did so at a fair price. That allowed us to continue on our trip from San Diego to Portland OR. He was very communicative and even sent me a video showing two pulleys that needed to be replaced. Given all that i can highly recommend Vitaly and his Sprinter Mobile Care shop!

I own two Sprinters and a Mercedes Metris. I wouldn’t trust my Vans with anybody else. Vitally is fast efficient and has reasonable prices. Couldn’t get any better.

I am probably one of the more skeptic people you will ever meet when it comes to auto mechanics, and Mercedes dealerships have only made that worse. I mention this to highlight the fact that I really trust Vitali and his employees to figure out the best fix and to charge a fair price. I won't be taking my 2019 sprinter any where else from here on out. I've had both sets of brakes redone, my parking break repaired, and a windshield replacement.

I brought my newly purchased used Sprinter van in for an ECU check. Vitalii completed the work quickly and then went ahead and checked the vehicle from bumper to bumper. He found two issues and explained how we can repair them. He was not pushy nor trying to up-sell. I appreciate the honesty, the attention to detail and price he charged.

Best SPRINTER SHOP in San Diego by far! They always do honest work and complete each job as quickly as possible to get you back on the road even on short notice! Been coming here for years and as the shop has grown, they continue to treat me the same if not better. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I had such an awesome experience purchasing my sprinter van through Vitalli at Sprinter Mobile Care. He was fast to respond to all my questions and he went above and beyond with fixing and detailing the van. I had a great experience with this dealership! I bought my first car, a Prius, in excellent condition. Vitalii was incredibly helpful—he checked everything thoroughly, explained the condition of different parts, and gave me great advice for the future.
