Discount Tire

A large bolt punctured the run flat tire on my car. Friends advised that Discount Tire on Miramar road was the best. They could have tried to sell me a new tire, but offered to plug it for no charge! I didn't even need an appointment. Love those guys!

My tire pressure light turned on and wanted to get it checked since I was driving to Vegas the following weekend. Manager touched my tires, visually looked at it to say it was fine. Sir, how can you see if the tire is "fine" just by looking at it? I asked if they can actually look if there's any leaks. I went and sat down inside. They pulled my car to the window I was actually sitting at. The technician was just chatting with his coworkers, walking around, and put air in my tires. Told me there was nothing wrong and that he did a tire rotation lol, which was a lie, I was sitting right there. You didn't do shit. Went down the street to the Mira Mesa location where they actually did a correct inspection and found the issue. DO NOT COME HERE. They won't take you seriously, especially if you're a woman. Spend hundreds of dollars with this company, the least they can do is take your safety seriously. Never will come here again.

I stopped by today because my tire pressure light was on. Adam came out to help me. He was very polite and thorough in discussing the issue with me. He quickly went about checking the tire pressure and filling the tires with air as needed. He also took note of the tire tread depth to let me know the tires all appeared to be in working order. It took no more than 10 minutes total. I would highly recommend their free tire check service.

Hi, returning customer for years. I got my tires air pressure checked and fixed today by Patrick. His humble attitude about me not having cash to give him made me want to leave a review because he was so kind and just wanted to make sure as a fellow parent my car was safe for my trip I was taking with my too young daughters. You can tell he was genuine about caring about our safety in Eagerness to help. Not often you see such kindness!! Thank you!!!

Outstanding, Honest, and Efficient Service! After a frustrating experience with a dealership that overinflated my tires to 54 psi (when the standard is 36 psi), one of my tires developed cracks and began leaking. Despite two visits, the dealership claimed they couldn't find any issues even though the tire continued to lose pressure. I then went to Discount Tire, and the difference was night and day. Their team quickly identified the crack and patched the tire completely FREE of charge. I’m beyond impressed with their professionalism and honesty. I’ll never return to that dealership and will gladly remain a loyal Discount Tire customer from now on!

I stopped by Discount Tire around 5:50 p.m. with a nail in my tire, knowing they closed at 6 p.m. I honestly felt a bit bad showing up so late. At first, I was pretty disappointed — the manager was sitting and chatting with another manager and completely ignored me for about five minutes, even though I was standing right in front of his door. Feeling frustrated, I was about to leave. But as I was walking out, I decided to ask one of the employees, Danny, if there was any way he could help. I’m SO glad I did! Danny went above and beyond — even though they were about to close, he was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. He took care of my tire issue without making me feel like a burden. Honestly, Danny showed the kind of customer service that deserves to be recognized. He’s the kind of person who should be in charge! Big thanks to him for turning around what could have been a bad experience.

I had a great experience at this discount tire location! I got a flat tire with a puncture. They were able to patch the tire, sparing me that cost. This was on a Saturday which is usually very busy and I was in and out in under an hour. I understand that for a weekend that isn't typical. They were friendly, supportive and helped get this stranded millennial back on the road!! Thanks all!
