I went here after being denied from multiple repair shops due to my electrical parking brake malfunctioning, and a lot of shops turn people away because they are scared to touch anything that has to deal with electrical problems and they all just told me to go to the dealer and hung up the phone. When I called Scott I spoke to him the same way I spoke to everyone else and told him the problem and immediately he knew what was wrong with my car. He told me to bring my car and he would take a look at it and if I let him fix it, he’ll do a free diagnostic test on my car. He ended up finding out that my left rear emergency brake was malfunctioning, and my right was not and saved me about 400 bucks from buying a part I did not need. These people are very honest and trustworthy and do good work. I can’t speak for everyone who has an experience here but from mine I can say they have great customer service.

Finally found an automotive shop that cares. I was in a bind and needed a quick brake service on my Volvo. The guys over at Scott’s dove right into it and got me in and out expeditiously. Their pricing was phenomenal as well. I’ll continue to recommend them to anyone that’ll listen .

In the area you will experience all type of shop. Shop that are over price Shops that take advantage of you for your orientation Shops that do not do quality work. But here. Herr is home for my car. She is taken care of and I have no worries. These guys take care of me as if I was family. I gone here several time for issue for my car and I always leave w a peace of mind.
